Here at Dee’s One Smart Cookiellc, we have many cookies and are always inventing new flavors! Children and adults alike come into the shop for their cookie fix. Our cookies are sold by the pound or half-pound, unless described otherwise.  We also offer several of our cookie varieties in a tamper proof freezer container…bring them home, pop them on a cookie sheet and bake them for that warm from the oven experience!

Belgian Chocolate Chunk*
We’ve recreated a classic just the way we like them—crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside. We use rich, dark Belgian chocolate chunks in our cookies to satisfy your chocolate cravings. Enjoy these cookies with a nice glass of rice milk!  Sold by the half pound or full pound.  Also available as jumbo cookie pops.

Cherry Chocolate Chunk*
We’ve added organic, dried bing cherries to our chocolate chunk cookies. Popular with kids of all ages, the cherries add a sweet tartness that pairs perfectly with chocolate. Sold by the half pound or full pound.

Peppermint Chocolate Chunk*
The addition of organic peppermint oil makes these chocolaty cookies taste very much like a popular Scout cookie. Try them and see for yourself! Sold by the half pound or full pound.

Banana Chocolate Chunk*
We use organic banana essence to create this playful flavor combination! Give your inner monkey a cookie. Sold by the half pound or full pound.

Oatmeal Raisin*
These cookies are filled with the warm flavors of gluten-free oats, golden raisins, and fragrant, organic cinnamon. Sold by the half pound or full pound.

Cranberry Citrus*
This cookie starts with our classic cookie dough.  Then we add organic dried cranberries, organic orange and lemon extract oils.  The result?  A delicious cookie with bright citrus flavors. Sold by the half pound or full pound.

Snickerdoodle
Our  sugar cookies are coated in organic cinnamon sugar before baking. The result is a crackly coating of spice on the outside, light melt-in-your mouth sweetness on the inside. Sold by the half pound, full pound or 2 jumbo cookie packs.

Dee Doodle
Our own take on the sugar cookie. These big, round cookies are crackly on the outside, and sparkling with a dusting of organic evaporated cane juice. We make these in a jumbo cookie size and sell them in 2 packs.  Available by order in full pound packages.

Hannah’s Chocolate Ginger Beauties*
This very adult cookie starts as a molasses spice cookie, including organic blackstrap molasses and organic warm spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Then we add Belgian cocoa and organic ginger chunks.  Chocolate and spice…hmmmm.  These cookies are always egg free. Sold by the half pound of full pound,.

Shortbread Cookies *
This cookie is both egg and cane sugar free, sweetened with low glycemic organic agave nectar. We have many moms ordering them by the dozen for their children, week after week, to satisfy that sweet tooth without guilt.  A must for children with egg allergies and anyone who just loves shortbread.   A cutout cookie, these may be ordered in a number of shapes and sizes, from heart shapes to animal shapes, or any holiday motif…the design possibilities are endless!

Decorated Shortbread Cookies*
We make cutout cookies for every holiday and they start with our shortbread cookie.  Then we dip them in an organic powdered sugar glaze, tinted with organic food based coloring.  Sprinkled with organic colored sugar sprinkles! 

Royal Iced Shortbread Cookies
This brings the decorated shortbread cookie to new heights, hand painted with royal icing, tinted with organic food based coloring.  Sorry, royal icing contains dried egg whites…egg free not available.

Anise Pillows
A cookie that will bring back memories of Italian- style holiday cookies.  Soft and pillow like, with the addition of organic anise extract.  Always available at holiday time, but may be ordered throughout the year.

Ranger Cookies*
This is one of our egg free holiday favorites!  The ranger cookie is an oatmeal cookie kicked up with shredded coconut, organic dried cranberries, organic golden raisins and fragrant organic cinnamon.  Always available at holiday time, but may be ordered throughout the year.

Maple Date Doodles*
Take our classic sugar cookie, then sweeten it with Vermont maple syrup and add diced organic dates.  Need we say more?  Delicious!

Pizzelles*
Yes, we make gluten free Italian style Pizzelle cookies at Dee’s.  The pizzelle irons are heated throughout the holidays or available to order throughout the year.  You won’t believe they weren’t made in Nana’s Italian kitchen!  Vanilla or anise flavored.  Sold by the dozen.

Fruit & Pistachio Biscotti
Ours is not your everyday biscotti.  We start with our gluten free biscotti recipe, then add organic dried cranberries, cherries and golden raisins mascerated in orange juice.  Add organic pistachios.  A perfect accompaniment to coffee, espresso or cappuccino.  Sold individually packaged with a pretty bow or sold by the dozen.

Tahini Cookies
Dee’s is a peanut free facility, so this is our version of a peanut butter cookie, without the peanut butter.  We use tahini, otherwise known as sesame seed paste/butter, to make this nutty flavored, classic tasting cookie.

Almond Crescents
Our almond crescent is made with high quality almond paste, not flavoring, to deliver that authentic almond taste.  Always available during the holidays, this cookie may be ordered year round.

Almond Macaroons
The almond macaroon is made with pure almond paste, not flavorings.  These light and airy macaroons often make their way to our shelves when we are producing other nut products, which only happens twice a month when it’s not holiday time.  Available to order throughout the year.

Blondies*
This bar tastes like a chocolate chunk cookie, in the shape of a brownie. Our blondies are very popular among kids and adults alike.

Fudgy Brownies
These brownies start with a dose of pure dark Belgian chocolate. Organic vanilla extract plays up the chocolate flavor and they are even topped with dark chocolate chunks. There's no question that these brownies are as chocolatey as they come. And of course, all of our chocolate is dairy free.

All of the cookies and brownies at Dee’s start with a flour blend based on brown rice flour; organic evaporated cane juice and/or organic brown sugar (unless cane sugar free…sweetened with organic agave nectar); organic non-hydrogenated, mechanically pressed, no trans fat shortening and organic extracts. 
Dee’s is a gluten free/dairy free/soy free/peanut free facility.  A very small percentage of products contain tree nuts and are produced on a separate day, when the bakery is closed to the public.  All responsible measures are taken to ensure that bakery products, equipment and utensils are not cross contaminated.
