Bread
Many or our first-time customers are surprised when they pick up a loaf our bread and give it a squeeze. Unlike many gluten-free bread, ours is pliable and soft. We bake a variety of breads every day, and any of our breads can be special ordered for pick up. Our bread bags come with detailed care instructions so that you can get the most out of your loaf.
Sandwich Bread
A classic loaf of all-purpose bread, and our most popular. We could call it white bread, but we use brown rice flour for whole-grain goodness. Come see why its so popular!
Harvest Bread
A hearty bread with lots of good things. We add a touch of molasses for depth and subtle sweetness. Pumpkin and sunflower seeds add texture and flavor.
Cinnamon Raisin Bread
A childhood treat, re-invented gluten free! We add golden raisins to our sandwich recipe and swirl in a sweet, fragrant cinnamon.
Rye Bread
You heard us right-rye flavored bread! This bread has a deep color, a sprinkling of caraway seeds, and that familiar rye flavor. Reuben time!
Oatmeal Bread
A fast favorite here at the bakery, certified gluten-free oats give it a rich, nutty flavor. We add a touch of maple syrup for subtle sweetness, and we eat it any time of day!
Dinner Rolls
Plain
These rolls have the same light, fluffy texture of our sandwich bread. Great with any meal or even tucked into a school lunch.
Chive
We kick our simple dinner rolls up a notch with the savory flavor of chives, a great dinner accompaniment.
Sweet Sesame
These rolls have a rich, sweet, yeasty flavor and a dash of toasty sesame seeds across the top. A great roll with soups and salads.
Hamburger Buns
Our hamburger buns have the same, slightly sweet flavor of classic buns. We sprinkle ours with sesame seeds sell them in packs of four. A fast-seller any time of year, they make great deli sandwiches as well.
Hotdog Buns
We make these in the summer months when the grills are roaring. Find a quality, gluten-free hotdog or sausage and relive summers past!
Grinder Rolls
Grinder, Sub, Hoagie, whatever you call it, you can make it with this loaf of bread. Similar to Italian bread, Grinder rolls are also great for garlic bread, bruschetta, and other appetizers.
Breadsticks
These breadsticks have a pleasant chew and hint of sweetness. Perfect alongside saucy pasta and soups, or served with a small dish of olive oil for dipping. Don’t forget lunch boxes!
Egg-Free Sandwich Bread
Like our signature sandwich bread, but egg free!
French Baguette, Egg-Free
This long loaf has a nice chewy texture. We think its fabulous alongside a meal with some olive oil to dip in. Use it for bruschetta, crostini, garlic bread, or just enjoy it as it is!
Brown Bean Boule, Egg-Free and Yeast Free
A very popular bread for those with and without egg and yeast allergies. This dark, wholesome bread is made with pureed black beans, and a touch of brown sugar. We love it warmed and spread with margarine or nothing at all! Of course we also make sandwiches french toast with it.
Crumpets, Egg-Free
Our crumpets are great for breakfast spread with jam like an English muffin.

We created this sweet and savory bread for Saint Patrick’s day, but we like it enough to bake it year round. Ours has a light texture and a generous scattering of golden raisins and caraway seeds.
Holiday Pannetone
This Italian tradition lives on at Dee’s during the holiday season. The tall, round loaf of pannetone is golden on the outside, light on the inside and fragrant with the scent of fruit. The bread is flavored with organic lemon and orange and studded with dried cranberries and golden raisins. Perfect with after-dinner coffee and tea and equally pleasing with breakfast or brunch. We hear it makes great french toast too!
